The app for the best part of the day

Every walk counts.

One tap when you leash up — the walk goes in your dog's story, the week goes on their streak. Around it: the dog people of your city, and a whole neighborhood on your side if the worst day ever comes. Free, forever.

  • The streak is your dog's — it pauses, never shames
  • GPS only while you record — your routes stay yours
  • No paywalls on what matters
The walk

Three walks down, one to go —
it's a good week to be Rex.

The walk is already the best part of your dog's day. Now it adds up to something you can both be proud of — a week at a time, at whatever pace you set.

Start. Walk. Stop.

One tap when you leash up, one when you're home. Phone in your pocket, screen off — the walk never drops a step. Took the whole crew? One walk counts for every dog who came.

The streak is your dog's

You set the weekly goal — three walks? five? — and every walk moves the week along. A rainy week, a sick week, a life week? The streak pauses. It never resets, and it never, ever guilts you.

Leagues, if you want them

A friendly board for the dogs of your circle — and, when you choose, your city, your breed, or the whole world. Breed leagues are normalized, so the chihuahua league is fair. Nobody appears in a league they didn't join, and leaving takes one tap.

Walk together, on purpose

Plan a group walk in any community or group you belong to — a time, a meeting spot, a size cap, and fit notes so every dog lands well, including the ones who need space. Meet in public, on-leash friendly places: the reminder is built in.

The dog on your home screen

A widget with your actual dog and this week's paws-on-pavement — a little wag before you even open the app. iOS and Android.

Phone stayed home? Still counts.

Log it after — how long, and the distance if you know it. Logged walks count toward the streak (that part is between you and your dog). Leagues only ever rank recorded walks — fair is fair.

When it matters

A whole city on your dog's side.

Ready for the day you hope never comes — and for all the small ones in between. Both built in, both free, for everyone, forever.

If the worst day comes, you won't face it alone.

One tap reports your dog lost. Members nearby get alerted — same city and the towns around it — and your dog gets a public page anyone can help from: no app, no account, just “I saw them, here.” Every report lands straight on your phone.

  • Alerts reach 30–60 km around
  • A public page for WhatsApp & Facebook
  • Sightings with an optional map pin
  • Reunited pages celebrate

Calm, even then: never more than one alert a day — and nothing when there's nothing.

Never miss a vaccine, a treatment, or a birthday.

Set it once on your dog's profile — vaccines, deworming, flea & tick, vet visits, birthdays. A gentle nudge at nine in the morning, never at night, never marketing.

Chats & small groups

Private messages and little rooms for your regulars — photos, reactions, voice notes, and the next group walk planned right where everyone already talks.

Every chapter belongs

Between dogs, still researching, or missing one you loved — the dog is the icebreaker, never the entry ticket.

Needs space? Welcome.

Some dogs need distance, not judgment. A “needs space” badge you set yourself tells other members before you ever meet — nothing to explain at the park gate.

The first weeks

The first weeks are a lot.
You're not alone at 3 a.m.

One in four new owners gets overwhelmed enough to wonder if they made a mistake. That's not failure — that's week two. So the app walks the first weeks with you: one small task a day, about ten minutes, with warm words that expect the mess.

New puppy

First 12 Weeks

From the ride home to a confident young dog — socialization windows, night routines, all the firsts. One day at a time, in your language.

Rescue dog

First 30 Days

The settling-in month, decompression first — including the week-three wobble, when a relaxing dog suddenly tests everything. Expected, planned for, walked through.

Yours from day one, at your own pace. And when others near you start the same journey, you'll find each other.

Warm, practical guidance — never veterinary advice. For anything health-related, your vet is the one to call.

Their story

Every dog writes a story. Keep every page.

Gotcha day, first walk, first swim, the trick that finally worked — milestones with photos, kept in order on your dog's profile. Birthdays and gotcha days suggest themselves, and finishing a program writes its own proud entry.

And if the hardest goodbye ever comes, the story becomes their tribute — kept with the same care, for as long as you want it.

Our promises

Built warm, on purpose.

Most social apps optimise for your attention. Amidipet optimises for the walk.

You are a city, not a coordinate.

Who you are here is a city you picked from a list — the only location we ever store about you. GPS exists for one thing: the walk you chose to record. Between walks, nothing — not sampled, not “anonymized”. Nothing.

Your routes stay yours.

Raw traces are private by default. Share a walk and it's a rendered map — with privacy zones blurring the blocks around home. Where you walk never decides who finds you.

Pride, never pressure.

The streak is your dog's, the week is the unit, and a missed week pauses — it never resets, and nothing nags you back. Leagues are stages you step onto by choice, never rankings you wake up on.

Calm by design

One gentle bundle, never five pings. Reminders arrive when you scheduled them. And what's silent by design stays silent.

Private means private.

Messages are never scanned or mined. Only what you report is ever seen by a human.

Humans, not algorithms.

Real people review reports — and blocking someone actually protects you.

No paywalls on what matters.

Lost-dog alerts, messages, communities, walks, streaks, safety — free for everyone, forever. Not a launch promo; a rule we wrote down. The whole model is clearly labeled sponsored content — never your data.

Getting started

Three steps to your next walk

1

Say who you are

A name, a handle, your city. Twenty seconds, no questionnaire.

2

Add your dog — or don't

Dogs open doors here — and a new puppy or fresh rescue starts their first-weeks program right away. No dog yet? Plenty of members are still dreaming.

3

Leash up

Record the first walk, set the week's goal, say hi to a neighbor dog — the sidewalk does the rest.

Your pack is waiting.

Get Amidipet on your phone — the walk, the widget, and the whole city in your pocket. Prefer a browser? That works too.
